About

Holidays are made for having fun! Join Inna Essence and Mini Makers & Co for a fun afternoon of clay play. Children will learn how to make a key ring or bag tag from polymer clay to take home.

Sarah the owner and facilitator of Mini Makers & Co has experience making jewellery and small craft projects with polymer clay. She will guide the children through the basics of working with polymer clay to design and create a key ring or bag tag. Polymer clay is a popular type of clay used to make jewellery, beads, sculptures and much more! It’s great for children as its soft, flexible, and easy to shape with lots of bright colours, making it the ideal medium for all children and skills levels. It is a synthetic type of modelling clay which can be baked in the oven to harden and is non-toxic.  Clay play has many benefits for children:

  • Develops motor skills
  • Builds thinking skills
  • Provides a multi-sensory experience
  • Helps children express their emotions

Each workshop includes all tools and materials to get your children creative and have fun with polymer clay!
