We’re ready to launch!

The long anticipated My Community Info platform is all set to be marketed across the North Queensland region in the coming weeks.

A brand awareness campaign will kick off on local radio stations and will be supported with some digital billboards within the Townsville region.

My Community Info displays all local community information within the one place.

People can know see at a glance:

  • service providers
  • clubs and groups
  • events and activities
  • health services
  • volunteering opportunities
  • link to local Council


My Community Info – one central website that brings together My Community Directory, My Community Diary, Access My Healthcare and My Give Local

No need to go in separately through each website – My Community Info is as local as you!


What can you do?

Please help us spread the word across your community and build awareness of the new platform.

In the coming days you will receive some additional information from us including marketing collateral and social media posts.

We would be delighted if you can help actively promote My Community Info and support your residents to find and connect with local information that is important to them.


My Community Info – app

We have updated the “Access My Community” app and rebranded it to reflect the new platform, now called “My Community Info”. This will ensure consistency across the website and mobile devices. No need to download again, it will update automatically.

If you don’t currently have the app installed you can download through your preferred app store.
