Pauletts Long Lamb Lunch Experience

Paulett Wines and Bush DeVine Restaurant are teaming up with local lamb producer 'Remarkable Meat Co' to celebrate the Clare Valley Festival of the Lamb with a 6 course degustation long style lunch. This culinary experience will take you through 6 courses of expertly created lamb dishes, all paired with Paulett Wines. Some of the dishes on the menu include pressed lamb shoulder with rivermint, Spring greens, bacon, and mustard jus; and dark chocolate & wattleseed marquise, lamb caramel, malt ice cream, and smoked macadamia.
