Join Hentley Farm’s Executive Chef Clare Falzon, as she guides you through a masterclass highlighting the exceptional natural flavours of the locally grown and foraged produce she has the privilege of working with. In this intimate, hands on session you will explore the amazing flavour characteristics of the produce she has foraged herself, and that of the farmers she works closely with. You will discuss the cooking styles that best suit each ingredient and be delighted by some surprising wine pairing discoveries.
