As part of the CRUSH Adelaide Hills Wine Region Festival we have teamed up with Shannon Fleming for a special paddock to plat experience. Choose your own ingredient! Glass in hand and overlooked by the Mount Barker Summit, start the evening by wandering through our market garden to choose an ingredient for the evening's 5-course menu by chef Shannon Fleming. An event which brings to life Ngeringa’s biodynamically grown produce and wines.
