Head for the Hills offers school holiday mountain bike skills clinics exclusively for girls. Their beginner and intermediate programs aim to unite young, enthusiastic female mountain bikers and motivate them to enhance their abilities within an enjoyable and secure group setting.
These sessions will encompass skills like balance and control, body position, braking technique, cornering, riding actively, and front and rear wheel lifts.
