Each Wednesday during the Ballarat Winter Festival, come in from the cold and enjoy the British classic, Beef Wellington, perfectly executed by chef Scott Alsop and the Aunty Jacks chefs. They recommend devouring it in front of one of the fire places with a glass of Heritage Ale, brewed on site.
