Tickets include a three-course meal, entry, race book, tea and coffee, great fun, fundraising, socialising and the chance to make your fortune. Situated at the top of the grandstand, the Terrace Restaurant offers breathtaking panoramic view, making it an enticing dining option while experiencing the excitement of harness racing all while supporting our 2023 SpringFest Ballarat beneficiaries.
