Hosted by Australia’s leading distilleries Archie Rose and Starward, together with Sovereign Hill's rare trades team, this special event is one for the senses. Join in a conversation about craftsmanship with Sovereign Hill's rare trades team while experiencing six of the finest Australian whiskies. Each whisky tasting will be accompanied by a specially-selected snack, with demonstrations throughout the evening of heritage trades by Sovereign Hill’s coachbuilders, wheelwrights, blacksmiths and carpenters. Perfect for those who are interested in the science and romance of whisky-making.
