About the Event

About

A lively display of uncommon and unusual artworks by youth aged 12-25 years. Includes 2D and 3D and digital artwork. Also: For one week only, The Foundry Arts Space is home to the 2020 David Malin Awards exhibition from the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences (Powerhouse Museum Sydney). The exhibition will open concurrently with the EMAI 2021 Youth exhibition on Friday 23rd at 6:00pm. The opening of the photo exhibition will be by Kerry-AnneJones from SW Arts Inc followed by John Llewelyn who will talk about the Smartphone adapter for a telescope for taking photos of the night sky. At about 7:00 pm John will talk in more detail and demonstrate photographing the night sky outside in a suitably clear area (clear sky permitting). The actual exhibition of the winning entries will be at the Foundry until 4pm, 30 April 2021. The Foundry Arts Space is located at 13 Murrray Esplanade in the historic Port Precinct of Echuca. Open every day 10:00am-4:00pm. Entry is free.
