Brook Andrew—Hope, Peace and Paradise

Exhibited for the first time since their acquisition in 2020 through a generous gift of the artist, this selection of printed works by Brook Andrew reflects his longstanding practice of combining diverse images and text to reclaim Indigenous language as a counter to, and examination of, dominant cultural narratives that often relate to colonialism, modern-ist histories, and post-colonial cultural activism.
