Humans in Geelong Expo

Humans in Geelong Expo 2021 is Sunday 5 December at The Geelong Racecourse from 10:00am - 3:00pm. This is a free community event with something for everyone. It aims to inspire, connect and strengthen the community. There are 12 colourful live performances including the Sweethearts jazz band and The Mik Maks, who put ‘Rock’ into kids’ music. Be uplifted by 12 guest speakers including Nasir Sobhani ‘The Streets Barber’ and Craig Morley bird enthusiast. Be inspired by 30 exhibitors, everything from The Piano Bar to the Belmont Toy Library. There will also be a dozen exhibiting local artists. Fun for the kids includes Jumping Castles, a mini train and the Roaming Reptiles. Henna, Face Painting, Craft for Kids, Wooden Tic Tac Toe making with St Leonards Men’s Shed, TJ’s Face Painting – Ana and Olaf from Frozen with giant bubbles and glitter tattoos, The Angel Abrabanel living statue by D. Gordon, Geelong Crusaders, skater Yavisht and SES information trailer. Roving Magic by Dazzling Dan and Laughter Yoga Sessions. Food and drink trucks. Kids enter the Kindness Art Competition to win one of three $100 vouchers. This competition is run in collaboration with VALiD’s Peer Action Group.
