The dates are set, and the Horsham Agricultural Society is delighted to be bringing back the traditional agricultural show on September 24 and 25. No more virtual competitions.Coming to you live over five hectares of land, with views of the Wimmera River our historic buildings will be open for action. Where else can you watch a sheep being shorn, a maze to be explored, cakes to be beaten, scarecrows to be exhibited, miniature goats to be judged and fireworks to finish but at an agricultural show? Adding a new dimension to the 144th Grand Annual Agricultural Show, will be a workshop space where Melbourne based artists, Troy Emery and Kate Rohdes will share their love of creative work through workshops for families. Our resident vintage cocktail van, Voddy & Vacay will be shaking their crowd favourite cocktails in the Stockmen’s Beer Garden with live music by Headrush on the lawn in the afternoon. Sideshow Alley will bounce back to life with rides and games to thrill all ages. Showbags will accompany the rides starting on Saturday evening at 5:00pm until 9:00pm. They'll be open again on Sunday from 10:00am - 10:00pm.
