Ceviche and pisco are two of the biggest exports to come from Peru. In this masterclass, you'll learn how to make Pastuso's acclaimed pisco sour, and taste the difference between the most exclusive Peruvian piscos available in the market. Then head chef Samuel Rivas will show you how he selects his seafood for ceviche (paying particularly close attention to the seasons), as well as how to prepare and serve this classic dish. This fun and intimate experience includes a pisco sour, ceviche tasting, lunch with dessert and a glass of wine.
