Learn that gluten-free baking does not mean you have to sacrifice taste. Hands-on class, you will leave with your own gluten-free, sugar-free, maybe even vegan cakes, breads and biscuits.  Learn the ins and outs of gluten free baking. Sugar and dairy free recipes. Which flours and grains to use, the alternatives to dairy and how sugar free does taste fantastic. Bake to take home super moist dairy free banana bread, orange almond cake, and dairy sugar and gluten free passion cake (more commonly known as carrot, pear and date). You will receive hints on how to turn your gluten-free cakes, vegan. This class is suitable for beginners as well as advanced cooks who wish to learn new skills and techniques. Included in gluten-free cooking class at Jacican is an apron to use during the class are supplied along with a take-home recipe booklet.  You do not need to bring a thing. Jacican supplies everything you will need to bake your own gluten-free goods. They just ask that you wear closed-toe shoes as you maybe be outside in the kitchen garden for part of the class.
