The 2020 Rural Womens Health Forum focuses on “Building a healthier more connected community".
An event designed to help you break down isolation and form connections, and leave feeling empowered about your health. A range of speakers will discuss different aspects of rural health, plus there will be yoga, healthy nutritious foods, a chance to meet new people and ignite change not only in your life but in the lives of your family and friends.
