Australia V The Mediterranean Wine Dinner

Australia produces wine from grapes sourced from all over the world. This dinner will compare 3 different wine varieties produced in Australia against their Mediterranean counterparts. We will start with Prosecco (is it Australian or Italian?) on the beautiful deck of the Parlour Bar. We will then move inside to a long table for a Mediterranean inspired three-course dinner. With each course will be 2 wines - one from the Mediterranean, and one of the same wine variety but produced in Australia. In total, you will enjoy a 3 course dinner with 7 different wines, lots of good conversation and healthy debate about which are our favorites.
