This free 2-hour EMPOWER session, provides a general perspective of mental health and well-being and provides you skills to help you go beyond just asking "R U OK?". This includes: understanding mental health and stigma, recognizing the signs of mental disorders, how and when to refer to a mental health professional, & ways you can develop and support your mental health.
