Men's Mental Health Australia Black Tie Fundraiser

To introduce the charity to the community Men's Mental Health Australia (MMHA) will host their inaugural fundraiser with a Black Tie Function on July 17 that the Cherry St Bowling Club, Ballina. There will be a sit-down meal, live music from local artists, auctions, lucky door prizes, bingo, plenty of giveaways throughout the night, and not to forget, we can all dance again. Reaching out for support and building connections can be a daunting prospect to men living with Mental Health issues as founder of the new charity Men's Mental Health Australia, Leigh Cowen knows all too Inspired by his own lived experience and building on the success of the online men's support groups he has established this new charity to raise awareness of Men's Mental Health in the community and improve access to support networks.
