Cooking With Fire Long Lunch

The fun, interactive Cooking with Fire long lunch are a full day of enjoying different ways of cooking. Millford Acres Farm grow vegetables from their micro market garden, use locally sourced Australian White lamb, wild caught seafood when available and other local delicacies such as truffles when in season. You will get to experience a range of outdoor methods such as a wood fired pizza oven, the Patagonian Cross, Santa Maria grill and an old fashioned open fire. You can participate in the preparation as little or as much as you want. Then sharing the bounty at a long table lunch washed down with a selection of wines and local beers.
