Ciociarian Culinary Adventure in Carcoar

A four course set menu of Ciociarian cuisine (central Italy) starring seasonal hazelnuts and local produce during the 2022 Orange FOOD Week festival. Paolo Picarazzi will be showcasing the amazing parallels between the Orange region and his home region of Ciociaria in central Italy. Serving up a four course hazelnut inspired menu, including Antica Australis' hazelnut risotto as well as a main dish of beef sirloin with a hazelnut and coffee sauce. Augmenting the experience, you will be swept away 3,000 years back in time with the stories behind the traditional dishes being presented by Kelly Picarazzi - sharing an insight into the original ancient Samnite civilisation origins of Ciociaria.
