**SOLD OUT** A specially designed four-course set menu during the Orange Food Week festival featuring seasonal, local produce and matched wines from Orange and surrounds. Paolo will be showcasing the amazing parallels between this region and his home region of Ciociaria in central Italy. Locally-sourced venison and pasture-raised chicken, olives, olive oil, artisanal cheese, hazelnuts, wild honey and foraged forest mushrooms all star on this menu, culminating in Antica’s now (in)famous Blue Cheese Gelato. Augmenting the experience, you will be swept away 3,000 years back in time with the stories behind the traditional dishes being presented by Kelly - sharing an insight into the original ancient Samnite civilisation origins of Ciociaria.
