Greentrees Preserves Marmalade Classes

Winter is marmalade season. If you would like to learn how to make delicious marmalades from the beautiful citrus fruits grown locally and in Central West NSW, contact Jasmin and discuss your favourite one with her. Jam classes for the next few months will be small so class attendees are able to set their own preferred date to enjoy learning how to make this old-fashioned but popular tangy citrus-based product. If marmalades are not your thing contact Jasmin to discuss with her your preferred homemade jams, jellies and/or condiments. Preserved fruit classes/demonstrations will be held later in the year and early 2021 when the stone fruits are ripe and ready! Entry Cost All tickets $75 - Includes morning tea and a light lunch.
