About

Anzac Day, 25 April, is a day of national remembrance that marks the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces during the First World War. All are welcome on Anzac Day to join and commemorate the service and supreme sacrifice of Australian servicemen and servicewomen. The day will begin with the Campbelltown RSL Dawn Service, a peaceful time to pause and reflect. Following this is the Anzac Day Veterans' March down Queen Street. Then a Commemorative Ceremony will take place at the Mawson Park War Memorial. An invitation is extended for anyone wishing to lay a wreath as a personal tribute. More information regarding times and locations can be found on the website.
