An immersive dining adventure awaits you, where you'll be enveloped by the sights, scents, and flavours of open-fire cooking. Positioned ringside at the open kitchen, you'll witness each course's transformation over hot coals and flames, using sustainably harvested wood and local charcoal. Each course is thoughtfully paired with locally produced wines, complemented by signature wild cocktails infused with native herbs, spices, and berries.   Amid communal tables beneath the open sky, bringing people together turning strangers into friends.
