The Phoenix Quartet is Central Coast New South Wales' premier string quartet, launched by Charmian Gadd at Crossroads Festival where they performed Schubert’s masterpiece ‘Death and The Maiden’. Its members come from the ranks of national and international orchestras such as Australian Opera & Ballet Orchestra, Canberra Symphony, Sydney Symphony, BBC Philharmonic, Kammer Philharmonie Köln, Boston Symphony, Academy of St Martin in the Fields, to name a few.
