This mouth-watering menu designed by Seasalt’s Executive Chef Simon Quick featuring Cowra Lamb and Breakout River Meats will have you planning your next trip to Cowra to discover more of the food and wine region has a growing reputation for. On the night meet Cowra region winemakers including Windowrie Wines of Canowindra, one of Cowra region’s founding winemakers; Wallington Wines, a family-owned biodynamic vineyard; Antonio’s Wines, a boutique wine label specialising in Pinot and Rosnay Organic Wines, Cowra’s first organic winery and producer of delicious olives and figs.
