Hunter Valley Wine & Beer Festival will stage its biggest-ever festival to celebrate the event’s 10th anniversary. The festival brings together the region's best wineries, along with beer and cider tastings, and fine local food and entertainment in a family-friendly atmosphere. The festival – which is held at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley – will be staged both indoors and outdoors between 11am and 5pm. In between tastings (which will also include local cheese and other artisan products), festival-goers can enjoy entertainment from well-known local musicians, foods from a wide range of providores and the opportunity to relax in the spacious lawns of the Crowne Plaza. The Hunter Valley Wine & Beer Festival is a family-friendly event, with children receiving complimentary entry to the Festival, where they will enjoy a variety of activities including a jumping castle, train rides, carousel, petting zoo and face painting. There is plenty of onsite parking at Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley and for visitors from Newcastle can use bus service. Bookings through the ticket link. The Festival will support the local Rural Fire Service, with fundraising activities on the day. Just two hours’ drive north of Sydney, Crowne Plaza Hunter Valley is not only the ideal location for the festival but is also the perfect place to stay when discovering the Hunter region with easy access to wineries and attractions. Entry Cost Adult $15 - Tickets are AUD15 online (plus booking fee) or AUD25 on the day. Ticket price includes entry & tasting glass.
