Yum Cha in The Vines

Due to the popularity of their last sell-out event, Dumplings in the Vines, they are back with a brand new Asian-inspired set menu featuring one of their all time favourite meals: Yum Cha. Yum Cha in the Vines is coming to the Hunter Valley on Thursday 20th February with Amanda's Head Chef Sara cooking up a dim sum storm. Menu: Pork and Prawn Spring Rolls Prawn Dumpling Short Soup Lamb and Fennel Pot Sticker Dumplings Barbecue Pork Belly Char Sui Steamed Broccolini Shallot and Ginger Dipping Sauce Sara’s Famous eight hour Slow Cooked Chilli Sauce Steamed Jasmine Rice Mango Pancakes Grab your chopsticks and join them in this ancient Cantonese tradition, held right here in the Hunter Valley. Throughout the evening they’ll be offering two hour sittings.
