A Weekend Escape with Ros Robertson

Treat yourself to a weekend of painting to help you get back into the swing of things. When we lay the brushes down for too long, we get rusty. This will be a full weekend of investigating tools, materials, and techniques to spark your enthusiasm. After this warm-up we will be working on a canvas where my aim will be to help students look at different ways to approach the same subject. Move toward expressing your unique style. Treading too carefully might well be holding you back. Our creative brain needs exercise too.  Whether your preference is for abstraction or contemporary representational work the quest is the same:  to produce intriguing surfaces, movement and colour that you can relate to with conviction. Students will need to bring their own lunch & morning tea. Places are limited to 8.
