About
Behind The Lines is an annual exhibition at the Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House. It celebrates the role of political cartoonists in Australia and the power their drawings have in contributing to our daily political and social discourse. In a year that some have politely described as ‘a dog’s breakfast’, the theme encompasses 2020’s mix of disruption and uncertainty. Fortunately, our cartoonists have also captured moments of good and humour amid the drama.
Only showing for a limited time! 5 March until 12 April.
