This workshop includes a demonstration on how to make cream cheese and labneh, the various ways you can make yoghurt using items you likely already have (and no fancy yoghurt maker required), the best dairy milks and non-dairy alternatives to use, and delicious recipes that utilise your homemade cheese and yoghurt.

Join our Online Cheese and Yoghurt Making workshop to learn how making small changes can help you reduce food waste at home, save money and help the environment!

Note: All attendees will also be registered to our fabulous online Food Smart program and have access to downloadable FREE Food Smart resources including a handy meal planner, shopping list, actions cards and seasonal food guides with easy recipes to help you make the most of the food you buy.

All attendees will receive recipes after the workshop.

This is a MidWaste, Coffs Harbour, Bellingen, Nambucca, Mid Coast, Our Living Coast and Kempsey Shire Libraries collaboration.
