Always wanted to learn how to play the Ukulele?

Come along to the Woolgoolga Library for 10 Ukulele lessons. Every Thursday commencing on 12th September until 22nd November from 11am-12pm . (There will be a week off on the 14th November)

This Ukulele program is an initiative of Stephanie Sims under the 'Uko Ono' - The Sawtell Ukulele Group banner and her mission is to change the world one ukulele strum at a time.  “Music brings people together by reaching across barriers of language, age, nationality, status and culture. In only three short years, the Sawtell Ukulele Group has grown to include 3 groups (Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced) and over 60 members.  Known for its diverse repertoire, from the Beatles to the Sunnyboys; Nancy Sinatra to Lady Gaga; Lou Reed to Kiss - this is definitely not your average ukulele group.

Cost of 10 week program is $50.00 or $25.00 for concession card holders.

Book and pay online.

If cash payment is preferred, please pay at Library front desk.
