Corowa Rotary Federation Dinner and Tim Fischer Oration

A yearly event held to commence Corowa's Federation Festival Weekend. Enjoy a three-course dinner whilst honouring former Deputy Prime Minister and long-serving local Politician Tim Fischer AC, with an Oration in his name. In 2024 the Oration will be delivered by Corowa's own Gary Poidevin OAM. Gary will share the story of Gordon George Poidevin OAM (Prisoner of War). Gordon was held prisoner for three of his four years in the Army, in Italy, Africa and Austria. During that time he managed to escape multiple times and had many adventures. An inspirational story and a great night for all to start a busy Federation Weekend.
