For this beginner-friendly class, you will be transported to the beautiful Tuscany and learn how to make fresh gnocchi, affectionately called 'topini'. You will learn the flavours of humble dishes like the unique Pappa al Pomodoro and be inspired by a beautiful light sauce of leeks, chillies and walnuts to accompany your perfect gnocchi. You will also learn how to make Peposo, the perfectly cooked meat, breaking in your mouth. Your teacher will transport you to their childhood, as you learn how to make the real polenta, creamy and velvety.
