Community Enrichment Program

Dedicated to improving mental and physical health, this program provides breakfast, wellbeing checks, meals, and  a weekly essential grocery delivery to vulnerable individuals and families. It offers case management, counselling, advocacy and engagement activities, fostering stronger, thriving communities.
