Wind back the clock and learn the art of preserving by the Fowler Vacola method from local expert, Jasmin Bond from Greentrees Gourmet Preserves. Includes afternoon tea and tasting of the homemade preserved fruit. A further class will be held on Friday 16th April if there is demand. Entry Cost All tickets $35
