This restricted area is only open to visitors via a guided tour. You'll hear the stories of boom and bust that shaped the operations of the State Brickworks and learn how bricks were made at this site. Discover how the geology of the site made it perfect for collecting the "black gold" needed for brick making. Marvel at the environmental management measures that have taken place, and continue to conserve this area for flora and fauna.
Reasonable fitness is required as there are steep paths. Please wear solid covered in shoes, bring water, insect repellent and wear a hat.
