Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella Auditions!

Theatre Oz Port Macquarie is presenting to the Mid North Coast the biggest community project the region has ever seen in July 2021! Cinderella is an enchanting story for all ages that will evoke feelings of both newfound wonder and nostalgia. Written by Rodgers and Hammerstein, the musical debuted on TV in 1957 and later on Broadway, scoring an Emmy Award and starring talent such as Julie Andrews, Whitney Houston, and Laura Osnes. ? Cinderella will be produced as a community engagement project providing a thirst quencher to the live performance drought during COVID. This is a not-for-profit production, enriching the Creative Arts culture on the Mid North Coast. Held at the world class Glasshouse Theatre in Port Macquarie, Theatre Oz will produce a production of the highest quality, including hiring professional sets, costumes and props, making it a spectacle not to be missed. In collaboration with local Government schools, performing arts studios, and other local creatives, this will be one of the largest community involved projects the Mid North Coast has hosted to date.
