What a lovely way to spend a day at the beautiful property Bundanon on the banks of the Shoalhaven River.  Come and enjoy a glass of bubbles on arrival and be part of an intimate cooking class with two homegrown hero chefs and friends.  Doug Innes-Will, head chef at Ramox Bundanon, and Sam Smith, head chef at Ponte Bar and Dining, both  grew up and trained in the Shoalhaven, then extended their skills overseas and in top Australian restaurants including Qualia, rated as the number one resort in the Southern Hemisphere.  Both now bring their combined passion for food and hospitality back to the Shoalhaven, and will now share share their amazing food with you as you assist them with cooking a scrumptious two course lunch whilst listening and enjoying some of their food journeys and adventures.  Cost includes a souvenir apron.
