Thali Nights will take you on an authentic journey to experience the different flavour combinations of spices, herbs and meats and their accompaniments as chosen by Chef Arron. Enjoy a delicious glass of bubbles or Kingfisher beer on arrival.  Thali nights will bring you a selection of Taj favourite North Indian Cuisine, with mixed (meat and veg) and a special vegan feast. A special event from Shoalhaven Food Network members during the Autumn Celebration of Food.
