Bollywood for Beginners - Falling Leaf Festival

The Coota Bollywood All Stars are a vibrant group of Bollywood dancers. The group was founded by Fiona Braybrooks and includes performers from Cootamundra and surrounding regions. The Coota Bollywood All Stars have performed extensively throughout the Riverina area, nationally and internationally and aim to educate, entertain and create awareness of multicultural inclusion. The group have staged three productions; Retro to Recent (2014), Fusion Fantasy (2016) and Noor (2018). The production of Noor was recognised by the Canberra Area Theatre Awards with two nominations for costuming and technical achievement (video and sound). Don’t miss the sparkle, colour, glitz and glamour of the Coota Bollywood All Stars - get involved in the workshop. Participants will learn some beginner-level Bollywood dance moves and learn a short dance routine.
