The Lord Howe Island Rockfest is set to bring a buzzing atmosphere to the beautiful island. Locals and visitors alike eagerly anticipate the week long event, as it provides a showcase of free concerts and entertainment, in addition to music tuition for Lord Howe Island school students.
Rockfest is the brainchild of Big Music CEO David Berkman, whose love of Lord Howe saw him introduce the only thing he identified as missing from the island - music and nightlife.
