The Makers’ Nest Design Market

The Makers’ Nest design market is only held twice a year and the winter edition is back on Sunday 16 June! This carefully curated event showcases authentic, talented Australian makers with something of interest for all ages and budgets such as fashion, jewellery, ceramics, textiles, illustrative works and plenty more. Not often can you meet this many high calibre and diverse makers in the one location. Some are travelling from Newcastle, Jamberoo, Orange and Gunning in country NSW whilst many others are local favourites. The special event is the perfect opportunity to see excellent examples of what successful Australian artisans are making here and now. Plus, not only can you see what others have made at this market you can join in with their ‘learn to make’ workshop for all ages. You’ll find this fabulous, family friendly event in the Community Hall inside the Tramsheds, so shop local, meet the makers and enjoy the visual feast on show – for one day only! Entry Cost Adult $2 - AUD2 entry (free for kids 12 and under). Cash only, please pay at the door.
