Thunderbolts Festival

Thunderbolts Festival is the premier annual community event for Uralla. The whole community gets involved. A massive street parade (closing the National Highway for an hour!) with Oxley Riders and Hot Rod Cars leading the parade. Keep an eye out for Captain Thunderbolt! Action activities in Alma Park include a rock climb wall with trampoline bungee, giant slide, mechanical bull, jumping castle, merry-go-round, dog high jump demonstration, acrobatic display, while local not-for-profit groups provide food and refreshments. There will also be live music. Plenty of local businesses get involved by accommodating the visitors and providing food and entertainment. Finishing with a bang fireworks display.
