First time using our services? We want to help you feel as comfortable as possible.

If you’re planning to wash clothes, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the shift starts in case it’s a busy day.

Keep an eye out for volunteers in bright orange t-shirts and let them know it’s your first visit – they’ll give you a rundown of everything you need to know.
