Postnatal Parenting Support.

  • Breastfeeding or Bottle-Feeding Support.
  • Birth to 6 Year Growth and Developmental Checks.
  • Nutritional Information.
  • Sleep and Settling Support.

At Mt Ommaney Community Hub we offer –

  • Drop-in Service Mondays and Thursdays 9.00am – 12.00pm Parenting support, weight checks and feeding advice (no appointment necessary)
  • Self- weigh facility Monday and Thursday                 9.00am – 12.00pm
  • New Parent Groups on Mondays                                1.30pm – 3.00pm
  • 4 – 6 Month Parent Groups on Thursdays 1.30pm – 3.00pm
  • 10 – 12 Month Parent Group on Thursdays 1.30pm – 3.00pm
