Tuesday 11.45am – weekly

Get active with great people at the Zumba Gold® workout for the young at heart! Ideal for active older adults wanting a fun, simple and low-impact fitness class. You'll be grooving to a wide range of zesty Latin, spicy Indian and other international rhythms!

This low-cost activity has been funded by Brisbane City Council as part of Council's Active and Healthy program. This is a GOLD event suitable for seniors (50+), however, any age is welcome!

Wear your workout gear. Bring a water bottle and, optional, a sweat towel.

$7 per person per class – Pay by cash or debit/credit card at the class
