Burdekin Growers Race Day

The Burdekin Growers Race Day is the well known as the premier social event on the Burdekin Shire's calendar with thousands of locals and visitors flocking to the Home Hill Race Club. It's not only the horses in the spotlight but the Fashion's of the field are hotly contested amongst race goers. There are thousands of dollars worth of prize giveaways throughout the day and a free box of locally grown fruit and vegetables are packed for every patron.
