GAPS GROUP FNQ

Our first GAPS Group FNQ meeting will start on 20/10/17 at KEWARRA BEACH COMMUNITY HALL. I would like to invite my GAPS clients and anyone else who is interested in finding out, learning about and following the GAPS diet and Protocol. Please join our Facebook support group GAPS GROUP FNQ and register for our group sessions which will be on every second Friday and possibly later on Saturdays too. Each session will be 2 hours and will include :- 1 (of 10 parts) GAPS Presentation Public question time Private question time / Appointments/ Workbook Weekly GAPS handouts News, updates and Resource info. GAPS Lifestyle resources Demo Recipe demonstration, share and tasting (volunteers needed) Group chat to share experience, what helps, recipies, ideas and to make friends with our fellow GAPSies??
