We will require 3 x consult rooms on each day for our consultants and nurse.

 

Due to accommodation demand/availability we have had to book 24 months in advance, so the above dates have been locked in due to this reason.

 

Could you please confirm by return email to myself and cc to our nurse that you have booked us in to your Health Service on the above dates.
